There are beautiful forests, huge cliffs for cliff diving, ample hiking, and fantastic scuba diving. And, of course, there's the world-famous Jamaican vibe and awesome food.

It's super easy to travel to Jamaica, since it's one of the most developed islands in the Caribbean. The biggest international airports are in Kingston (code KIN) and Montego Bay (MBJ).

As far as wedding requirements go for your big day in Jamaica, here are some. The cost for a marriage license is about $80 USD, depending on the exchange rate. If you have already applied for a marriage license before arriving in Jamaica, you can have your ceremony the next day. You'll need to call the Ministry of National Security for more details. You'll need a birth certificate, passport, and between $50 and $250 to pay your minister. All in all, Jamaica is one of the easier islands in the Cairbbean to get married on.

There is no one best place to get married in Jamaica, but here is a short list of some of the most luxurious resorts and hotels in Jamaica. Be sure to check the venues' rules about bringing in your own wedding photographer to Jamaica, as some of them require you to use their house photographer. This makes little sense, since photography is such a personal decision.
